Text Message Program & Opt-In

Swift Start sends text messages to keep families connected to their child's early-childhood center. This page explains what we send, how you give consent to receive messages, and how to stop them at any time.

What messages you'll receive

When you opt in, you may receive recurring messages from your child's Swift Start center, including:

  • Check-in & check-outA text when your child is signed in for the day and when they are picked up.
  • Daily updatesRecaps and notes from your child's teacher — meals, naps, activities, and reminders.
  • Billing remindersTuition due dates, payment confirmations, and statement notifications.
  • Schedule & closure alertsEarly closures, weather days, holidays, and other schedule changes — including time-sensitive safety notices.
  • Two-way messagingReply directly to coordinate pickup, report an absence, or ask your center a quick question.

How you opt in

Receiving texts is optional and is never a condition of enrollment. A parent or guardian opts in one of two ways — both started by you:

  1. In the Swift Start app. During account setup in the Swift Start app, you enter your own mobile number and check a consent box — unchecked by default — agreeing to receive text messages. No text is sent unless you check it. The exact disclosure shown at that step appears below.
  2. By text. You can also start messages by texting START, UNSTOP, YES to your center's Swift Start number. You'll get a one-time confirmation reply, and then you're subscribed.

By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Swift Start about my child's care (check-in/out, daily updates, billing reminders, schedule and closure alerts, and two-way messages with my center) at the mobile number I provided. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Texting START to your center's number carries the same terms.

Message frequency & rates

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your child's attendance and your center's activity.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier's plan. Swift Start does not charge for the messages.

How to opt out or get help

Stop messages

Text any of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END at any time. We send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed and then stop sending messages.

Get help

Text HELP, INFO for help, or contact us at support@roundupece.com. You can also reply START to resume messages later.

Your privacy

We treat your mobile number and messaging consent as private. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
